This year, Covid has created several issues with freight. We worked with our suppliers Idrofoglia in Italy, to ensure that we have enough products to suit our clients’ needs. Our team at work, tried to estimate how many hard hose irrigators we should order for our client to have equipment ready for season. It is not easy to get containers from Europe to New Zealand this time with several ports being required to go through from Rotterdam to Singapore and then New Zealand. We placed an order with Idrofoglia for several hard hose guns, and associated products, in February.
Finally, these containers have arrived in Lyttelton at beginning October.
